Why should you ask a Dr before using spray on deodorant if you have kidney disease?

I was reading my can of deodorant earlier and it said to ask a dr before using if you have kidney disease, why for?

i asked my doc about the same thing…i think he said it had to do with iron levels? i can barely remember. he said it was for people on dialysis though. you can call ur nurse and ask her, its what i did
