Which insoles are good at preventing flat feet, stabilizing the heel and supporting the arc of the foot?

I am a server and spend long hours on my feet. I wear flats at work and am very worried that I might develop flat feet. If anyone has any insight on this topic please feel free to share. Thanks!

A chiropractor or podiatrist will fit you with orthotics designed and made to suit your own feet. I have them and they’re excellent
