What is your opinion about this situation?
I have a question..Why does Americans allow immigrants to enter their country? I mean, there are many foreign people who enter to usa and have babies there and they acquired U.S nationality. and they take advantages of their education, health, jobs, etc. Now your country is in crisis. In my country Chile is the same, we are having a lot of immigrants because my country has the strongest economy in latinoamerica right now, many Chilean men get married with black women , asians, etc and they enter our country. I am very worried because they take our jobs, health, education, housing..they have babies here who acquire chilean nationality automatically and they stay and the government gives them all the things free etc. what is your opinion the world is multicultural righ now?? or it is getting smaller??

Wow it’s great to hear about so many people getting to accept each other and I think that the world is becoming friendlier and that different races are becoming less and less apart.

America was built through immigration. The true natives of the country are the native americans so no one really has a right to claim this is their country except for them. I don’t believe in illegal immigration but immigration is the reason America exists. How could you take that away?

Americans allow immigrants in their country to give them an opportunity to better themselves as you have the resource and in return contribute back to the country by paying tax but not all take the advantage.

I have nothing against foreign people moving into America, it’s what makes it America. I love the diversity. What I don’t agree with is the fact that foreigners do not have to pay taxes like the rest of us, or so I heard. I am not sure how true that is. I heard it the other day. My husband told me and was kinda surprised I didn’t know that. If that is true, that’s messed up. So people like me who HAVE to pay taxes (we all do, or at least I thought) are paying for the foreigners to live on this land. If they live on this land, they should have to pay too. Like you said they take advantage of our education, health, jobs, etc. Not that I blame them, if they can get away with it more power to em, I guess. I know immigrants who earn more than I do and they can get free healthcare, etc. while I would never qualify for it. I tried to get medicare during a bad period of time when my husband was out of work and was denied because I ‘made too much money’. Yea, 2 kids and a 20,000/yr salary (without my husband’s job) is WAY to much. What America SHOULD be is equal. Equal rights for everyone.
