Wow! I feel sorry for you! I have migraine problems as well but I stay away from caffine because that’s what triggers mine.

I really hope you are going to a good neurologist.
My wife went to regular Dr’s for years and got terrible advice and worse medications that did not work for her.
She went to the neurologist one time and he put her on meds that cut her migraines from 1-5/week to 1 or 2 every 6 weeks or so.

Try some holistic approaches, I have heard that chiropractors can be very helpful and also accupressure.

Sounds like vertigo + migraine together. For the migraine I would recommend asking your dr to prescribe Epidrin or Midrin (View http://www.MIDRIN.org for more info) and for the vertigo perhaps some meclizine (http://www.drugs.com/meclizine.html for more info)
Good luck & Feel Better

I think that while you are still trying to find the right medical solution to your dizziness and migraines problems, homebound schooling would be a good way to go so you don’t fall behind and keep learning! I think it’s a good idea, what another poster said about consulting with a neurologist. Also, have you heard of Maxalt? I know someone who had tried other medicines unsuccessfully and then she felt like she found a miracle in relief of her migraines when she started using Maxalt. Keep trying to work closely with a doctor until they discover what will work enough for you.
