Care for those who will die by the illness they have. So its basically care for people who are dying (usually slowly). Like for someone who isnt responding to chemotherapy and will eventually die. When they get to a very sick point they go into palliative care where they are looked after and tried to be made more comfortable with pain killers, drugs etc until they die.

It’s generally care for patients that can’t be cured from their disease, and instead a care that helps with the rest of their comfortable life, so to speak. any way this will explain it better.

It means care that makes the patient comfortable such as pain killers, relaxants, massage, music and/or meditation, for example.
