Rosacea treatment products for facial redness

I know I can’t eat tomatoes and I’m supposed to stay away from soda and coffee, etc ….some people have even told me to stay away from mint and water……

What CAN I eat? I feel like I’m hungry all the time, but everything upsets my stomach!

What about things like herbal tea, cream soups, rice, toast, bland kinds of foods.

I heard that mints would upset your stomach but when mine is not right mints help. Go figure.

Anything with caffeine in it can upset your stomach.

and Aloe Vera is natural and cleanses and heals

    mashed potato’s with lowfat gravy
    yogurt
    cereal bars made with granola
    anything bland
Your doctor should have prescribed you something for the stomach acid problem such as protonix, nexium, pepcid, prilosec and maybe some tums or maalox.
I have gastritis and reflux, so I know what you mean by not eating tomato sauces or tomato stuff, so I avoid it like the plague unless I eat it early in the day and follow it with a couple of tums, mylanta or maalox.

Yogurt. Eat some every day, and you will feel a difference. It works. Eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning.

Some people will offer more chemicals (prescription and over-the-counter drugs) to put into your already compromised system. I would not. I would try yogurt first, read up on why it is a good thing for our bodies. There is a reason your tummy can’t handle these foods, it is lacking the things it needs to break down the foods you are eating.
