What else causes red burning cheeks besides naicin flush and rosacea?

My cheeks burn! They are always red but sometimes they burn and I can feel it, it in my face. THis usually happens after eating a lot.
I know caffeine can cause it, so eating chocolate will do it.. but an other causes I should consider?
I have very sensitive skin. i don’t think i have rosacea.

well it could be a sunburn.. but it happens all the time so
maybe you have a mild allergy to certain foods, you can go to your doctor and ask if they could do a scratch test or something to find out.
