What do Japanese mothers use to prevent or treat nappy rash?

I’ve always used zinc and castor oil cream in the past, but I can’t find anything at all that seems to be intended for use on babies’ bums!

We use a cream called ポリベビー (Polibaby). It comes in a yellow tube and treats diaper rash, heat rash, burns, bug bites, and swelling. It has some kinds of medications and vitamins although I don’t know how to translate them. We got it at a regular drugstore.

Ditto the above…..actually it works for pretty well everything to do with the skin and not only for babies!
