What could this chest pain be from?

I have had this pain in my left chest on the side under the rib cage, for a month. It is like a stabbing pain that happens when I exersise, laugh, or move in a weird way. It has gotten worse over time and it just started getting really bad yesterday. What could this be? It’s starting to worry me. Thanks in advance! Oh, I am planning in seeing a doctor if it countinues!

Could it be something simple like Side Stitch?
