Take ibuprofen for inflammation and pain and immobilize the elbow. Get some rest and don’t use that arm. No pain No pain is my motto.

It’s tight tendons causing that so nothing. It won’t show up on any scan either so you may just get pills to take and hope it releases on it’s own. Otherwise you have to have someone who knows how to free up tendons help you out for they can be difficult to do.
