What are the symptoms of peptic ulcers in teenagers?

i have recently looked up info about peptic ulcers. im a teen and am almost certain i have peptic ulcers. although i think i have some symptoms i am unsure of all the symptoms. i have having outrages stomach pains, back pains, and the need to eat more and more to make the pain go away for some time. everytime after i eat my stomach pain comes back after a few hours. my stomach hurts worse when its empty. i wake up with stomach pains and go to sleep with stomach pains. what are more symptoms and is it almost possible i have peptic ulcers?

i would go to your GP if you are worried, peptic ulcers can be dangerous if left untreated, and if theres nothing wrong at least it will have put your mind at rest
