you will vomit and have severe diarrhea. it will come out of the back like water. also, you’ll feel very worn out and tired. it is a horrible feeling, but the there is little anyone can do for you. the ER will tell you to let it run it’s course. try drinking ginger ale, it will help ease your stomach a little. stay hydrated because the vomiting and diarrhea can cause dehydration and then you will have a new problem

symptoms are like A REALLY bad case of the stomach flu, however, you get this feeling after you know you ate something that made you sick. You can get dehydrated and even sicker if you are not seen by a physician and or medical staff/team to access the problem and find a solution … fast!! …

When you feel like you have a bad case of the stomach flu, including the need to throw up, and the need to have diarrhea. You should go to the hospital, if you cannot stop doing either of these, or if you have become dehydrated.

Vomitting and diarheoa will start up about 4-6 hours after eating the bad food. They will continue until you have cleared it all out of your system. Sip tiny bits of water until this all stops and then once it has stopped you can increase your fluid intake. If you have bigger drinks before the vomitting stops you will just irritate your tummy and you will keep vomitting. Once the tummy is empty the vomitting should stop. Maybe suck on ice-chips instead if you really need something.
There is no need to go to the ER unless the vomitting etc doesn’t stop in a few hours.

it depends … but in VERY simple way
the indicator of food poisoning is “Gastro-Intestinal-Tract disturbance” >> vomiting , sever abdominal pain , constipation , diarrhea
sometime as a result of GIT disturbance the patient get Mental Disturbance such as >> Headache , Migraine , photo-phobia and phono-phobia , nausea , dizziness
—
you should go to ER when you get 2 or more symptoms mentioned above ..
it’s indication for “poisoning” but something “ab-normal”
—
*1- you have to eliminate the other causes for those symptoms such as motion/sea sickness , or pregnancy ..etc
**2- not “all” symptoms should appear together …
