What are anabolics? Whats the difference between steroids and anabolics and anabolic steroids?

The reason im asking is because i bought creatine and it says that it was engeneered with anabolic creatine??? So is it the same as steroids? Or are anabolics different?? And why are they known as anabolic steroids?? To me it sounds like two things that can be combined?? Please help i do not wanna take something that is consider cheating or that is gonna be bad for my health

Creatine is safe, just make sure you’re drinking enough water every day for good health.
Anabolic means to build up muscle. They’re saying that creatine will help build muscle, steroids will also help build muscle but steroids are much stronger than creatine.

I try to post an answer to all questions that involve people thinking of using anabolic steroids, in the hope that I might convince one or two of you lunatics not to do it! In the UK at least no steroids can or should be available without a doctor’s prescription. They may not be illegal to take, but they do indicate a head in the sand mentality!
It is fascinating to read the reassurances that there are no risks from anabolic steroids, displayed on sites that sell them. They have presumably never had a relative have an early stroke or heart attack.
Side effects of anabolic steroids include : raising blood pressure,raising cholesterol, (both of which increase cardiovascular disease), physical damage to the heart itself, premature baldness, liver damage, the formation of breast tissue in males, liver damage, impotence, shrinking of the testicles and infertility. Women can become hairy, develop a deep voice, and growth can be stunted in adolescents. They also increase both aggression and depression.
So if you would like to spend your life as a depressed, short bald guy with small testicles,boobs and impotence who has an heart attack, this is the way for you!
