ok a csytwas found in my R- Kidney can it cause vomiting and can the pain go around the side to under ribs?

for 3 weeks i have had pain sym. like gall-bladder disease but all test were neg. they did find a 1.4cm cyst in the kidney can it cause low grade temp. vomiting and so on

Yes it is possible. Specially if that is associated with infection/ stone formation. You need investigations to rule these things out.

I don’t know about the cyst, but a kidney infection will cause soreness at their location (protected by your ribs, in back), as well as swollen ankles and very frequent urination. If it’s bad, jarring them by walking even hurts! Your doctor can give you something to stop the infection, or drinking cranberry juice will clear it up.
A cyst is an abnormal closed cavity in the body, like a sac, that contains liquid or soft material, and could be from a variety of causes, which your doctor will want to follow up on.
It’s not something you want to put off, because you need your kidneys to function normally. Best luck!

Kidney cyst are benign, they do not cause symptoms like you described. The majority of people with cyst never know they have them. They find out when getting chest x ray or back x rays.
You could have gallbladder troubles, but some doctors are reluctant to operate. If you continue to have these symptoms or they worsen go back to the same doctor so he can follow up.
