Target Information – Worth price but…,
I got this and also purchased The 5-Second Flat Belly Secret – Lose 2-3 Inches from Your Belly in Less Than 1 Month the same day and I am enjoying and learning from both of them. I think the free price of this MUST be kept in mind when you read it – for some reason other reviewers are dissing this a bit and I think that is unfair. It delivers what it says. If you want to spend some money for a content with slightly more PUNCH you can certainly get one of several titles out there, but this is more than worth what is charged.

Common Sense Approach to losing weight,
Losing weight is not just about watching what you eat but also exercising consistently, good to get both in one place. I had all but given up on trying to lose weight until I read this book. It gave me the kick in the you know what to get started. It is full of common sense and practical advice and best of all you don’t really have to run out and buy a lot of things just to get started. I found the author’s advice on eating very enlightening. Part of my problem has always been eating too much and still feeling hungry afterwards. By following the advice, I’m noticing a difference. Taking 5 Grams Yohimbine HCL 99% Bulk Powder to help control my appetite might be cheating to some but oh well. Bottom-line this isn’t your normal dieting book, more fun than others I’ve read. Another book I’d recommend is Automatic Weight Loss: Jennifer’s 22 Secrets for Taking the Work Out of Losing Weight. along the same lines as this one, enjoyed it as a quick and easy read.

Diet book,
Interesting concept on losing weight, but some good advice. Had some prectical workouts. But since it’s listed as “Animal Kingdom” there are a lot of comparsions to animals and how they eat and exercise. It was a free download to the kindle.
