Depending on type of dog, this may not fit your 4-lb dog,
Originally bought this product for my 4 lb chihuahua. Upon putting the collar on my dog, there was a lot of excess collar that I would need to cut off, which I didn’t want to because it’ll make the end messy. However, the product fit very well on my brother’s 10 lb mix-chihuahua. So, it wasn’t too much of a lost. Now, I’m just looking for another collar to buy. Quality wise, the collar is not the hard leather that I expected it to be. But it is very sturdy.

Not leather but good enough,
Despite of the description, this collar is not made of leather. It is leather like material. The finishing quality is pretty good though. If you don’t mind this being not actual leather, you will be satisfied with the price and made-quality.

Red leather collar w/ silver bones,
I purchased this collar to go with the red, Martha Stewart leash that I purchased from Petsmart. I had the matching collar but it was a canvas material that ended up fraying and falling apart. This red leather not only matches the leash perfectly in color, but it 100x better for being actual leather. The small silver bones on the collar are a wonderful touch! The collar looks amazing on my Min Pin and would definitely look great on any dog. The quality material is fabulous as well. I’d highly recommend this collar to anyone!
