is there any possibility the Embassy will reject my Student VISA when i have a Heart disorder from my birth?

I got to know about this disorder on me only when the embassy needed my chest scan and then the CT scan. (Your answer will be very helpful, because I’m waiting for the results everyday)

They wouldn’t reject your VISA, they just need to be aware of your medical conditions in case they ever “arise”.
