Is there a cure for hayfever forever?

I would LOVE to know if there is a way to cure hayfever forever, then I never get hayfever again in my life.
Can acupuncture cure hayfever?
If there is no cure, what is the best reduces symptoms such as sneezing, sore eyes?

no way to cure it just surpress the symptoms
I find pyriton tablets good

I have really bad hay fever, and i was talking about it to my friend 3 years ago, and she said that she goes to see her doctor every summer and gets some shots that will suppress her hay fever all year long. only 1 shot and you don’t have to take any pill or anything. I am not sure what the shots were called, but she said that they were the best thing that she has ever gotten.
