In terms of organ transplants, has a person that was born blind or otherwise ever had their eye’s transplanted?

Or someone born blind, there is more involved than just their eyeballs, and someone that loses their eyesight from an accident, and only the eyeballs are the problem?

Transplants that involve the entire eye are not yet a reality. Medical science has not evolved to that point.
Besides, that would only work if the eye itself is the cause of the blindness; there are many causes other than the eye which may render a person blind, including neurological transmitter pathway issues, visual cortex damage, retinal degradation, and so much more.
