I have stiff back,gastric reflux and have been diagnosed with bacteria h-piroly.which disease do they link to?

These are the symptoms i have.i have occassional stiffness mainly in the lower back
I got all tests endoscopy,blood,thyroid and all done but they are all normal.
I want to know if these symptoms are linked to one disease

Stomach acid needs to be acidic to kill off bacteria and fungis. H. Pylori is easily inhibited by raising stomach acid (you can do this by taking digestive enzyme supplements with betaine hydrochloride). H pylori thrives in low stomach acid. Not only that, H pylori bacteria produces an enzyme that, through a series of biochemical processes, creates low stomach acid. You want to get rid of H pylori bacteria first however with antibiotics. Low stomach acid is linked to many health issues…a malabsorption of nutrients is one of them…a lack of calcium may be a possible cause of your back problems..check your vitamin D as well..calcium needs vitamin D to absorb. Take the medication regularly
Drink more water
Regular exercise
Avoid spicy food
