I have nerve issues in my neck and feel pain in my chest. Is this a common symptom?

I feel great and have no other chest pain or heart symptoms. I believe I have a bad disk in neck, which causes numbness in hands and arm. Could this also explain chest pain?

Yes, neck problems such as cervical spondylosis can definitely cause chest pains
