I have a debate and I need some help on why younger people should get organ transplants first?

I need actual facts can anybody please help me?
Do they have better survival rates?

young people will survive more likely and elderly people had their chance and can no longer contribute

Well, I believe that the younger generation are our future and when one saves a life by giving life to another, it could very well be that that person could become something or somebody important one day and He/She could be the very one that saves your life. Just thinking outside the box. The latter part of your question, survival rates are rated on whether or not if the organ is rejected.
