How long does it take to start getting symptoms of food poisoning?

I ate many things yesterday, and I am not sure if it is food poisoning because my symptoms started the next morning at 4 am…
I feel very weak, my muscles hurt, I have some headache and stomach pain.
But most of all I get this feeling that I want to puke again.

are you pregnant? I am serious! You said you ate many things, headache sore muscles feeling of needing to become sick! weakness.???
