I think there might be confidence classes and you just need to gain self confidence. No one is really judging you and if they are they are probably jealous of you. Im in high… the point in life where everyone one is self conscious but are supposed to find “their own”. I still am self conscious of shy when I have to speak in front of the class but i just think that no matter what happens it is not the end of the world. if I mess up, its okay. And having a social phobia is normal for some people, All you have to do is be open with people, start a friendly conversation. Just try your best to be social and again I think there are classes on this!! Good Luck!

i think the best way to overcome your shyness is by getting out there and enjoy life because you only get one. just smile and walk with your head held high because even if you feel nervous and shy on the inside you’ll look fearless and confident on the outside. try new things, say hi to random people, and i sometimes listen to songs that give me confidence like unwritten-natasha bedingfield tounge tied-stereo skyline you gotta be-des’ree love like woe-the ready set if today was your last day-nickelback avenue-lomaticc and many more.remember that you should try ur hardest to overcome your shyness because you never know what you might be missing out on. laugh as much as you breath:)
