How can the Chinese doctors provide 40,000 organ transplants with only a couple weeks for waiting time?

Does meditative exercise make the people in China better organ donors? Is it because they have imprisoned hundreds of thousands of Falun Gong members to use for organ tranplants as a way to kill them and profit by doing so? Or what was wrong with the meditation practice of Falun Gong that caused the Chinese Government to declare them Public Enemies? What scared the Communist Government by so many people freely practicing meditative exercise?
In America with such a developed medical system we still wait months and years for organ transplants, can we do this to our prisoners too?
