For those that have experienced miscarriage(s) and/or stillbirth(s), did you go on to have child(ren) after?

I have one child, but I have suffered losses. Wondering what insight into the situation others can offer as well and what influenced decisions for people to try again or not. If you can share how long you waited if you decided to try again.
Thank you all for your courage to share in what you’ve been through.

this has not happened to me but it did to my mother and sister…..my mother had one child born that lived 3 days, then 5 miscarriages, then my sister was 9 weeks early, and then i was an accident at age 35 and was completely normal…..
my sister was told she couldn’t have children….she had my niece, then one miscarriage, filed papers to adopt and before it went through became pregnant with my nephew…
Everything happens for a reason, INCLUDING children….no one is here by mistake.
Just don’t try…that is when things always seem to magically happen….let everything run it’s course in it’s own time.

I have had 3 miscarriages and we’ve had no luck caring a baby full term. We stopped trying for a couple months. I was emotionally unstable after the third one.

I had a miscarriage in Jan 04 then got pregnant in Jan 07 and had a baby girl in Oct 07

ive had two still births the past yr. and a half, after my first loss i got pregnant 6 months later, then 5 months later i lost that one as well, so on top of tryin to get over the first now i have a second loss that im trying to get over which just happened recently, i dont regret getting pregnant right away but i think maybe i should have waited a little longer, cause now its all catching up to me. i have no kids at all been wanting one for awhile now. it even took us 4 years to get pregnat the first time then all this happened. i really am anxiouse to become a mother and yea i wish again i could get pregnat again very soon but mentally i think i should wait. When its meant to be it will happen dont give up cause i know i sure wont…sorry for your loss..

I have suffered 2 miscarriages but have now got a healthy 7 week old baby girl.
I decided to try straight away after the miscarriages because i decided the only way to get over them was to have a successful pregnancy. I had to have treatment for endometriosis before i concieved my daughter and i concieved her on clomid.
