Please help! It doesnt seem to be bothering him but its bright red and raw looking. Plus its spreading up onto his “bits”. I dont know haw it has become so bad. I have tried most creams and powders out there, giving the area air time (no nappy), change him as soon as hes quite wet and change him as soon as he soils.
