For as long as I can remember the joints in my ankles have been buckling/locking up everytime I stand on my toes. Im about 5 feet tall so I have to stand on my toes to reach alot of things. When the joints lock it feels extremely hurtful and they stay really stiff. If I try to move them it will feel like someone is hitting my ankle with a sledgehammer. so for that period of time I cannot move them.
