can vectra for cats cause any harm to the cat? what about a cat on fluids for kidney disease?

What about revolution for cats? Is it safe and would it be safe for a cat on fluids for kidney disease? I have been using Advantage for cats to control fleas, but it does not seem to be working very well this year.

I am not sure about Vectra, but I do know that Revolution isn’t safe to use on debilitated cats (and that is per the manufacturer). Whether or not it’s suitable for your cat is something to discuss with the vet.

I wouldn’t use Vectra on a kitty w/ kidney disease. You can try Frontline or Revolution both of which are very safe. Vectra is still so new that I just wouldn’t use it on a sick kitty. Hope this helps!
