Cafe Cogolulu makes switch to 100% gluten-free cuisine
The basket of handmade cookies, muffins and brownies looks no different than any standard arrangement. But the baked goods — along with the rest of the menu — at Cafe Cogolulu at 991 Danbury Road (Route 7) on the Ridgefield line in Georgetown is undergoing a sea change.
