Yes. To rebalance sleep, try 100 mg of GABA around 7 pm. Most of us are deficient in this anyway. Or if you don’t want to try anything like that, just try Valarian Root or Melatonin which you can get at your grocery store. You might have better results with GABA becaue it is the chemical that tells your body to relax. You can get GABA at a health store.
To rebalance, consider this diet:
mostly: Vegetables, Fruits,
some: Sauteed Tempeh, Fish, Beans
some: squash, corn, quinoa (boil till soft)
little: brown rice
supplement: fish oil, flax oil or http://www.mercola.com/products/krill_oil.htm
supplement: plenty of Vitamin C – its cheap at your pharmacy – for energy.
NO: sugar (replace with Stevia drops or powder)
NO: caffiene (replace with green powder to mix in juice or water – don’t take it after 3 pm)
NO: saturated fat (replace with organic Olive Oil but don’t heat, pour on salad and food)

Various prescription drugs and holistic medicinal herbs can cause sleep disorders and malnutrition. Email me with the drugs you’re currently using.
