Are “Panic Disorders” and “Strokes” considered diseases?

Is a Panic Disorder considered a disease? Does it fall under any disease category? Is there any evidence that shows it is a disease?

Panic disorder is considered a disorder, obviously. It fall under the mental illness category. I’m not sure what you really mean by disease though. A stroke is not a disease either.
It’s safer to call them medical conditions, that phrase covers pretty much everything!
