Any medication for gall bladder disease. Has tried nexium, prilosec, and prevacid.?

My friends husband is having severe abdomanol pain went and had a ulta sound and found nothing. Any recomondations to what it could be?

removal of gall bladder. Further GI test

It could be stomach or small or large bowel disease. He should see a gastroenterologist so they can do tests and make recommendations.
