After I have sex I get a pain on the right upper side of my chest, any ideas?

After I have sex which lasts anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes I get a chest pain above my right nipple and below my right shoulder which lasts about 20 minutes. I dont have high blood pressure or anything of that sort, am 5’6” 160 pounds , exercise regularly and eat healthy. Any ideas as to why I am feeling this?

Most likely a pectoral muscle spasm.
However pain in the region you described can sometimes be caused by referred pain from cardiac abnormalities.
Get an ECG done to put your mind at ease.
